The internal cost associated with a high turnover of personnel can be financially crippling. At FarleyRiggs we are dedicated to ensuring our people are happy and content which leads to increased turnover, increased efficiency and an continuity of supply for client operations.

Training and technical development is a very important focus of our business. Through application of 3D CAD technologies we are able to significantly deepen the technical understanding of the maintenance requirement and operation of our tools. We are able to teach field supervisors and technicians about not only how the tools work but also about potential operational issues. This proactive teaching approach allows FarleyRiggs to manage lessons learnt and continuously improve the service delivery process.

In conjunction with the 3D CAD application we are developing individual technical units for all tool components. These units clearly detail all the service and operational requirements of each tool. These technical units will bring continuity and consistency to our maintenance process.

FarleyRiggs personnel regularly attend third party courses that continue to professionally develop their core technical and non technical skill base. While attending technical courses such as DST Interpretation increases technical knowledge we find it essential that non core training to be given to enhance professional development. A prime example to illustrate this point is our commitment to send all of our personnel on leadership training.

Although training and personnel development is an expensive exercise FarleyRiggs view these activities as essential to deliver our core principle of high quality service delivery. Experienced professional personnel are one of the cornerstones of our delivery process and to maintain our excellent service quality performance we must continue to develop our most valuable resource.
