Some recent initiatives include development of a Resource Management System (RMS). Resource Management and asset tracking is one of the most important internal functions of any business. FarleyRiggs has committed a significant amount of time and financial resource into development of a purpose built Resource Management System (RMS).

Jonathon Bannister, Engineer "The ability to track equipment and output KPI reports to build preventative maintenance programs is imperative to aid our commitment towards continuous improvement. Measurement of performance metrics can be derived through a comprehensive reporting function and a unique, detailed built in service component will send alarm messages to key individuals within the organisation when tools have met specific operational criteria. The development of this tool adds an exciting element to our performance measurement toolbox."

Nick Nazarovs "Further to this investment we have installed a state-of-the-art downhole sensor verification, calibration and maintenance lab. The ability to calibrate downhole sensors is paramount to verifying data quality and delivering confidence to reservoir engineers. A stringent QA and QC process is vital to ensure data quality is maintained. Our commitment in this area is once again illustrated by our commitment to be best in class and to this point none of our peers has attained this level of quality control".

CAD assisted learning tools and technical books are being developed for the complete inventory of tools. Shane McConnachy "We have invested significant resources into increasing the availability of support tools to enable continuous technical improvement and this has been an important aspect of increasing overall operational performance. Specifically, improving tool performance and increasing specific knowledge of relevant tools has been a major driver in instigating the project. We have primarily used this software to develop training tools to increase the knowledge of tools and maintenance procedures."
